U.S. To Learn From Abroad. Can We Do That?

The Health and Human Services Secretary, Michael O. Leavitt, is taking a trip across the pond to investigate a classified tip from one of our assets. The tip goes something like this: There are a few countries that provide universal health coverage and have achieved such equity without behemoth bureaucracies, but rather uses private insurers.

Why do we only hear about single-payer systems like Canada, France, and England?
